We spent Christmas at this hotel and we appreciated the complimentary cookie and hot cocoa at check-in and the complimentary breakfast served each morning. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. We also enjoyed the heated indoor pool during our stay.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and we had to request a re-cleaning. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and had some sand in it. Additionally, the staff seemed inexperienced and overwhelmed at times. The complimentary breakfast was often crowded and poorly stocked.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the room was both spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a cute kids' pool and easy access to the beach right from the door.

Great Time, Great Location, Great View I recently visited a beachside hotel with my family and had a fantastic time! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the boardwalk. The view from the room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the salty ocean breeze every day. Additionally, the amenities of the hotel were fantastic, and we loved having access to a pool and other fun activities. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

A Few Minor Issues While we loved our stay, there were a few minor issues. The room could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, and we had a minor issue with the plumbing. However, the staff was quick to respond and rectify the situation, so it did not detract from our overall experience. our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun beach vacation.

Enjoyable Experience During my business trip, I had an enjoyable experience at the beachfront hotel. The complimentary room service and hot meals were a nice touch during my stay. Noisy and Dirty While the location and room were nice, there were a few downsides to my stay. My refrigerator made a loud noise during the night, which was quite irritating. Additionally, my room was left with food particles and dirt on various surfaces, which was unclean and disappointing. While the stay was generally enjoyable, these factors did impact my experience.

Great swimming pool and marvellous and convenient location near boardwalk where restaurants and shops are, the beach and Ocean City. Comfy beds, impressive room.

The location was prime and wonderful, relatively close to a pay-as-you-go family amusement park. The hotel room was updated and gorgeous with a bathtub, balcony. Thanks to all polite staff.

Possibly the best and lovely stay for an excellent value. The setting was quite prime within easy reach of Planet Maze Amusement Center. Besides, we were near the beach, restaurants, amusement park and miniature golf spots, boardwalk.

It had central location close to The Sandbar. Outstanding food and relaxing room - had a real good stay for a nice vacation. Easy check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was helpful.

Fairly clean place with respectful staff and spectacular view of the bay and ocean. Plenty of appetising food for meals. Totally enjoyable stay for an excellent value.

the hotel of choice in ocean city. the location is comfy and prime, 2 miles from boardwalk. the room is well-appointed and neat with a magnificent view of the ocean.

The place was fairly clean and staff was consistently courteous and responsive. The room was both gorgeous and warm with balcony and a bathtub and wonderful view. The poolside restaurant was nice, they served healthy food.
